Sales Fee Accrual

Aether charges a small percentage of gross sales processed through connected accounts.

Fee Structure

Plan Sales Fee Calculation
Free N/A No sales features
Entrepreneur 1% Of gross sales
Enterprise 0.05% Of gross sales

How It Works

  1. Order Imported - Sales data pulled from connected channel
  2. Gross Sales Calculated - Sum of all order totals (before refunds/returns)
  3. Fee Calculated - Percentage based on your plan
  4. Fee Accrued - Recorded in your account
  5. Invoiced - Added to your next Aether invoice (monthly)

Fee Calculation Example

Month: January 2026
Plan: Entrepreneur (1% fee)

Shopify Sales: $50,000
Other Channels: $25,000
Total Gross Sales: $75,000

Sales Fee: $75,000 × 1% = $750
Accrued: $750

Fee Reporting

  • Dashboard - Current month’s accrued fees
  • Monthly Statement - Detailed fee breakdown
  • Sales Reports - Sales data with fee calculations
  • Export - Download fee data for accounting

Fees are adjusted for:
