Sales Fee Explained

We charge a small percentage of gross sales to align our incentives with your success.

• Entrepreneur: 1% of gross sales
• Enterprise: 0.05% of gross sales

When will Aether be publicly available?

We are currently in Closed Beta with select early adopters. General availability is planned for later in 2026. Join our waitlist to get notified when access opens up.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes! Plan changes prorate automatically.

• Upgrades take effect immediately
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You retain full ownership of your data. You can:

• Export all your data at any time (no lock-in)
• After cancellation, you have 30 days to download your data
• We do not delete your data immediately - you can reactivate anytime

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans once you gain access to the Closed Beta. If you’re not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.

How does the sales fee work?

The sales fee is calculated on gross sales from connected marketplace accounts (Shopify, etc.).

• It’s automatically deducted and reported in your dashboard
• Based on actual sales data pulled from your connected accounts
• No manual reporting required

How do I add or remove seats?

Seats can be added or removed at any time:

• Adding seats: Takes effect immediately, prorated billing
• Removing seats: Takes effect at the end of the billing period
• Seat minimum: Entrepreneur (1), Enterprise (5)

What support do I get?

Can I use Aether for multiple brands?

Yes! Each Workspace represents a separate brand or business unit. You can:

• Create multiple Workspaces under one Account
• Each Workspace has its own subscription
• Consolidated billing available for Enterprise
